First National Title Insurance Company (FNTI) has been fortunate to have grown its business every quarter since 2012. Revenues are up 52 percent over the same period last year due to signing new agents and increasing our market share from our current network of agents. The fact that we are headquartered in the hottest real estate market in the state and the country may have been a contributing factor as well.
As we look at the final three months of the year and into 2017, we will continue to grow revenues by adding to our ranks of agents in all of our states. Independent agents seek out underwriters focused on their needs. We will also continue to grow revenues from our existing agents by helping them increase their own revenues. While it sounds simplistic, the only way a company can exceed its previous year’s performance is to continue to grow its business. The challenge is determining how to grow that business.
